There are three of us, all FEMALES, looking for a 4th, aged 21-27.

WE NEED SOMEONE BY SEPT 1ST AT THE LATEST!!!

We're in Lower Allston, right near the 64, 66, 57 buses and the Green B Line (Harvard Ave or Packards Corner). All are within a 10 minute walk.

We're looking for someone responsible and chill, someone who knows how to have a good time but is still responsible. Someone that is cat, 420 and queer friendly is MUST.

We all work and one of us goes to school.

We have a HUGE apartment (no lie), four bedrooms, foyer, dining room (that we really don't even use), bathroom, HUGE kitchen with dishwasher, HUGE living room and 1 bedroom left to fill.

Rent is $500 a month plus utilities which comes out to about $600 a month. It's first and last ($1000) to move in NO EXCEPTIONS! You're name on the lease and a bill in your name.
